We couldn’t miss the hugeness of The Ducks going to the National Championship for the first time ever!! Anna was 3 weeks old, and we took her. She got some really great earphones that blocked the noise and she slept through the game, while we watched the Ducks with Pride.
Living Downtown Bend is such a joy! We walk everywhere. There is always something going on. There is always something to see or do. Wednesday afternoons in the summer there is a great Farmer’s Market, Thursdays in the summer there is Munch and Music. Everyweekend there is a festival or event. Last weekend was the Cascade Cycling Classic. We walked down and watched the evening criterion. The Bend Cycle Pub rides in front of our house every day at least once.
The Bend Cycle Pub is one of the reasons I love to live in Bend. Where else is a community supportive of friends gathering on a large cycle to cruise around town together. People are always smiling, having a good time and happy to see this great aparatus cruising around.
