Sometimes that is the first property you see, and sometimes it is the hundredth. The most important thing is for you to feel like it is the best fit for you, and the price it needs to be for you to be comfortable.
My main objective when working with buyers is to ensure that they see all the properties that they want to that fit their criteria. Sometimes it takes an afternoon of looking at property to know what you really want. What feels right, and what criterion really means the most to you.
